*Please note that shipping times may be different from the times shown and selected at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please acknowledge that the estimated time frame above is subject to change due to a high volume of orders, weather, and/or internal conflicts.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


24 Hour Priority Processing

We offer fast, 24 Hour Priority Processing which moves your order to the front of the fulfillment line. With Priority Processing your order is processed within 24 hours OR the next business day in the event your order is placed on the weekend.


Lost Package

If your package is lost or missing please allow up to 7 business days for a refund or reshipment.We have found that in most cases, the parcel does show up within this time frame.
